Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is somewhat of a nutrition and fat loss textbook, containing very detailed and scientifically-backed information about how the body processes, stores, and used fuel. It is probably the most methodically written book on the subject, breaking down fat loss into simple truths.

After educating you on how the body works, the book presents you with extensive food guides to help you build a proper diet plan and schedule to meet your specific diet goals. It also includes an inspirational element that espouses the power of goal setting and visualization.

Tom Venuto started bodybuilding in the early eighties and has devoted his career to doing it naturally, rather than relying on steroids or performance enhancing drugs to achieve his results.

Due to the comprehensiveness of this book, it is not for everyone. In fact, those who don't ready the entire book might very well put concepts into action without understanding why, which could be counterproductive. For others, it will help them identify healthy foods and make the right eating and dieting choices.
